Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University — participation fee for counseling

On 14 june 2018, i paid my participation fees of ₹1000 in favour of ggsipu and the money was deducted from my bank account and when i further go for my registration process then it is showing that fee not paid.

I want the concerned higher authorities to look after it and refund my money as soon as possible.
