Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University — payment amount deducted but not confirmed

Sir, in counselling procedure the amount has been deducted thrice from my account (One from central bank and hdfc) but fees has not even paid once. The total amount rs 4000 thousand has been deducted. I have been trying since yesterday. Please refund my money other than fees. My roll no is showing not registerd.
