Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University — problem in registration, money deducted

I had paid my registration fees of 1000rs for two times for bba on 14 june 2018 and payment is successful from my side because i have amount deduction messages on my phone but i am still not able to login and not able to do further formalities of counseling process

Please solve my problem and refund my money.
