Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University — reversed the amount of participation fees which was paid on 14th june 2018 and for which had not received any confirmation receipt

When i will be getting my money i. E rs.1000 back which was paid by me on 14th june 2018 and for that had not received any confirmation receipt. I called at your complaint center they told me to pay again and the previous one will reversed back automatically so when it will be reversed back to my account? And i had paid the another 1000rs and got the confirmation receipt for it but what about the 1st payment i want them back reversed the amount as soon as possible.
