Guru Nanak Dev University — transcript not accepted

Respected sir/madam,

I have submitted my transcript to wes (Canada) through your e-service and my reference no. Is 10202669 and my application id is 20172249. They find some issues in document and that is the document received was not attested by the appropriate official at your academic institution (E. G. Controller of examination or registrar's offices). Moreover i had sent my problem to [protected]@gmail.com but none action has taken by concern department till date even they are not replying on my further mails about status. I have attached the status report of wes please take necessary action on it. Waiting for your swift response with positive hope.
