Gurudev Motors — worst service team & the dealer | |||
Worst service team & the dealer. Cant even have car pick up for the service. First they told me they will pick up the car. Now they saying no. I really dont understand whats their problem. Response from the service team is very harsh. They cant even answer with patience. Totally disappointed. There are no other service centre in chennai. The only choice is this. Also there should be an written confirmation from customer to his/her satisfaction level to close this complaint, but skoda India had just given a basic reply to
customer complaint and closed the complaint in this consumer portal.
No peace of mind I guess after purchasing Skoda!
