Respected guwahati customs and kolkata customs,

My order number eqtwl[protected]yq, struck at guwahati customs since 24th december, 2018. It was being inspected since it arrived. I have been eagerly waiting for it.

I request guwahati customs to release it by charging import charges on my order and send it to me as soon as possible.

even i bought a laptop battery from shenzen through aliexpress, december 12, its been stuck in guwahati for almost a month with no update to my end, aliexpress even ended my dispute because i was not able to give them any proof, if customs seize the product for any reason, they should atleast let the customer know the result so he / she can pay the tax incase if its needed and let them keep.. but keeping in silent is not a professional thing.
