Guwahati Customs — parcel stuck at guwahati customs for more than 3 months now

I had ordered an battery for my iPhone 6s on Dec 08 2018, the parcel has been in Guwahati, Customs Inspection since 26 Jan 2019 with zero updates from then on. Whereas someone I know got their MacBook Pro battery delivered in 2 months from aliexpress, I would like to know the status of the delivery and know how its possible for a tiny battery to be inspected for so long when a bigger battery was inspected and delivered without any issues.
