Guwahati Municipal Corporation — constructed house in road hence we do not have road

i request you to take serious action on the people who have constructed their house and toilet on the space was for road, we dont have road to go to our house we are using the railway property for going to our house . their no proper way to go to my house by talking bycycle also.
hence i request you to take immideate action and provide us road
