I want to let you know that the guwahati ticket counter employees are too harsh to the passenger's, not responding properly and behaving rude towards passenger as i faced the same consequences when i asked 2 ticket of rs 60/- in which i paid the rs 100 note, they had the change with them as it was visible to me but they insisted not to give those change, this is not acceptable for any passenger's and also the badges of the employee's were not in their uniforms, it's disrespecting and nuisance according to me, a lady employee and a male employee, i hope you will have a look on it
