Huge mosquito, not hygiene maintainend, and electronic display bord is faulty at gate. And platform 7 seems like west land

train gates do not opens at time
The train gates are not opened on the station we are standing here on the platform for more than 1 hr the train departure is written on board 6:20 but it's already 6:25 we are fellow who are waiting here if the station what the officers are doing look into the matter train no 12510. I went to station master commercial and chief executive officer says reason why it's not opened now they are now saying that it will depart at 9 am we are fellow citizens who are waiting here. What all are you doing what's the government is doing

request for a stoppage in narangiguwahati for the train shatabdi

I would like to inform you that the train jan shatabdi does not stop at narangi. It is my humble request to you to make narangi one of the stoppage of the jan shatabdi train. Many passengers are facing a problem because of it as most the passengers want to stop by narangi but instead they are required to go to paltan bazaar. It not only waste money but also time. So sir we would be grateful if you fulfill our necessity.

I want to let you know that the guwahati ticket counter employees are too harsh to the passenger's, not responding properly and behaving rude towards passenger as i faced the same consequences when i asked 2 ticket of rs 60/- in which i paid the rs 100 note, they had the change with them as it was visible to me but they insisted not to give those change, this is not acceptable for any passenger's and also the badges of the employee's...

Inefficient railway employees
Sir,
There are a lot of inefficient railway employees working at the
Guwahati Railway station.I'm a student of computer science
and every time I go to the tickect counter of the Guwahati Railway station, I find that thaey dont't respond us properly,
and very surprisingly some of them even doesn't know the proper ticket rates. At the time of ticket cancellation, they don't refund back the proper amount. Moreover, sometimes we find
no one at the ticket counter at the time of train departure.And last but not the least, all of them are too slow with the computers leading to the delay of passengers.
Please take proper measures to solve this small but serious problems.

The railway station platform no.06 from mobile pocket has been filed in the FIR but it has not yet been done.
