Gvk Emri — rejoining in the west bengal 102 ambulance service after physical illness.

Sir,
With due respect i, goutam das s/o.-harekrishna das, gid 108965 gvk emri 102 ambulance service (Phone number - [protected]), beg to state that from the day (21st may 2018), this service has been started i am working with this institution. But all of a sudden on 09/11/2019 i have operated the perianal abscess by dr. Sujit naskar. On 20/11/2019 with an application to rejoin the service along with all the medical documents i have made an attempt. But they resist me to rejoin to my post and told me that the hr dept. Will call me when to rejoin. But after few days i came to know that one other person has joined at my post but the institution failed to inform me or sending me any kind of notice. It is a kind of conspiracy between the eme and the pm sir and against the rule of natural justice.
Till date no notice or any kind of termination letter or any intimation is given to me from the head office inspite of that the eme jiaul rahman and the pm sandip roy is pressing me to resign from my post.
Sir i have always done my duty with utmost honesty and earnestnesd, following all the rules and regulations set by the institution. I have never done anything wrong to the company or the service. For my well service a number of patients and patient parties are even now in touch with me.
This eme and the pm have not only done this to me only. They have done this even earlier and to a number of employees. They regularly misbehave with all employees. But most o[censored]s are helpless at their hands as they may terminate or transfer us to the farthest districts.
I have approached the head office 4 times and all the times they assured me that they would call me. I think it is a clear conspiracy in-between the eme and the pm.
While i called them they advised me to call other and other.in the meantime i have send my application twice to the head office by speed post but all in vain.
"no reply, no notice, no termination yet"- is not this enough to establish the fact that without any fault on my part i am wrongfully suffering from injustice?
Sir it is my humble request to you to address my concern and let me take part into this humanitarian service and take proper steps regarding the conspiracy and injustice taken place against me.
