Gvs Technology — online data entry scam asking for money

My name is nitu kumari. I applied for a home-based job in quickr. I was contacted by sana shah (+91 [protected]) on my whatsapp number.
There she offered me a job of simple form filling by typing 1400 forms within 10 days with 90% accuracy out of which 1270 forms is correct is mandatory and in return, they will pay rs25 per page (I. E. Rs 35000) including one time registration fee of rs6750 which will be deducted from my first salary.
Since at that time i said ok. After that she called me and asked for adhaar card photo and told me to download an app for an agreement and she didn't show me any agreement initially. After opening app she asked me for my sign and another person called me for verification. Then they mailed me an agreement. They had done agreement same as jyoti gupta, arpita chaoudhary and with the others who are suffering from this.
It was written that the registration fees have to paid me if i leave or unable to submit the work with 90% accuracy. If i don't pay the money they will take the legal action against me. I got afraid and statrted to work and completed my work before the deadline. Next day they called me and complain that i had not done my assignment with 90% accuracy and they forced me to pay rs 6750 as a penalty. I denied then they sent me a legal intimation and claimed the maintenance and utility charge (I. E. 6700/ + 3500) within 48 hours with the receipt notice. I denied to give, they continuosly called me different numbers and the process is stopped due to lockdown.
Now 2 months later (23rd may 2020), their legal advisor contacted me via mail and thretend me by saying that they will pay a legal notice if i do not pay them. I was not ready then they try to contact me ([protected]) with this no.
I have received a legal notice without any adv.’s signature & license number of adv. Minhaz, b.com. Ll. B. Now he is forcing me to submit the said amount (21000/) and also threatening to take my entire family to court because according to them ‘the work was not submitted on time and agreement was breached and i am not taking there notice seriously thats why i ahve to paid 21000 rs. Now i am continuously getting threads calls from company advocates to pay them otherwise they are filing a case against me and then i have to bring my entire family to court to prove my innocence.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible.
