I am a student .I have applied for online Quikr jobs and I have got to know about it that it is a fraud .to avoid call and mgs from it I am filing a complain against this number ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected])

I want to cancelled, don't call from that company.....

In jan/feb i was searching job at online portal. A job was there. Online data entry job by gvs technology. I applied for that and they took my voter id and aadhar id. And they gave me work for online. I applied and then cancelled that task. But they are demanding me money for leaving so called fraud project. They also sent me fake agreement. Now they blackmailing me for dropping a case in court. Please help me urgently.

A company called GVS TECHNOLOGY hired me for online form filling work wothout giving me any details ofbthe work they made me sign aa agreement now they are threating me . They are blackmailg me they are saying that i have to pay 6500 rs plus 3500 as fees otherwise they will file a case against me and make me arrest now i am very scared i dont want to be get arrested for something i didnt know . They were just trying to making an fraud with me.
Earlier i login to an work preference for part time job. Like quicker or naukri.com
There after i got an. Whatsapp msg from an girl they just give an information about there work. Like i have to complete there 1400 form within 10 days. And they will pay 25rs per form for me. And 6700 registration amount they will deduct from my earnings.
But later when i started to maikng an enquiry about there verified company or certification.
They were just making neglected.
And they make an agreement of me. While taking an digital signature or collecting and my documents.
I completed some forms also it seems like totally fraud.
I stopped it.
Nowly they starded claming on me through court.
Blackmailing calls
Totally fraud calls.

To pehle maine mna kr diya to unho ne bola ki 10 din mein easily ho jaye ga complete or koi problem aye to aap mujhe call kr lena to maine work start kr diya, 10 dino mein maine work complete kiya or uske baad mne sana ma'am ko call kiya to pehle unho ne call receive nhi ki fr phone switched off ane lga to mne mail send kiya lekin koi reply nhi aya uske kafi din baad mujhe mail mila ki aap ka work submition ka time khatam ho gya hai. Or fr company or legal office se calls ane lge money k liye force krne lge maine arrange krne ki koshish ki lekin paise arrange nhi huye to maine unko paison ke liye mna kr diya kuch din to call nhi aya or ab advocate ka call aya or bola ki ya to rs. 10, 300 pay kro 1 hour mein nhi to case file kr ho jayega, or 1 hour k baad call aya ki case file kr diya hai mere against or mujhe apne parents k sath jana hoga. Sir/ma'am please help me and solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

I am a student who wanted to do a part time job which can be done from home only then i applied on the quikr website. From where a person gets my number and then i registered for the job by giving them my mom's mobile number because i am a student. From there, they started to misleading me. First their call centre telling me something and another one is telling diff. Thing. Then when i research this thing on youtube, i surprised to got to know that same thing which is happened with me has happened with many others, then also i tried to finish the job but the site was not secured and it got site error on the next day itself evenif i tried to contact them they showed no response. Then i refuse to work and on the submission date, the girl calls and asked me to pay 6700 rs as cancellation fees and then i refused to do this thing, then threat calls start coming to me and when i searched the no. On truecaller app, they are fraud and got spam by 100+ people. I got relaxed and i know they will threaten me and give feeling of fear by saying the name of court, police, etc.

I have recived a call from GVS Technologies and they told me about their job vacancy of form filling . they said me that i have to fill 1400 forms from which 1260 should be right otherwise i have to pay their registration fee 6700 rs... without any prior notice they have made a 11 month agreement with me... then after sometime they started making threatning calls to me that they will book a case in court on behalf of that agreement... then they mailed me a court notice from adv. Minaz and then after 2 month now they are calling me for money to close the case... all the calls till date are checked on truecaller and all the numbers are marked as fraud and spam... please help me and all people who are getting tricked like this with this fraud company... please help us...

I am biswaranjan dixit. First i recieved a call from juhi joshi. Then she said we give 1400 forms out of them 1260 must be correct then we give salary 35000 then we cut 6700 as security amount. Then take my signature on digital and with out saying to me they make legal agreement with me up to 11 months. Now they calling from their legal advocate to make upon legal notice against me. So please help me.

Sir my name is komal kumar shinde, i have received call as well as whatsapp message from gvs technology regarding work from home. They informed me about the work details that i have to complete 1400 forms in 10 days and out of it 1260 forms must be accurate otherwise i have to pay 6700rs as penalty charges.
When i started the work there was no any issues but after 2 days i got server problem for that i have contacted to their helpline...

Next day they called me and complain that i had not done my assignment with 90% accuracy and they forced me to pay rs 6750 as a penalty. I denied then they sent me a legal intimation and claimed the maintenance and utility charge (I. E. 6700/ + 3500) within 48 hours with the receipt notice. I denied to give, they continuosly called me different numbers and the process is stopped due to lockdown.
Now 2 months later (23rd may 2020), their legal advisor contacted me via mail and thretend me by saying that they will pay a legal notice if i do not pay them. I was not ready then they try to contact me ([protected]) with this no.
I have received a legal notice without any adv.’s signature & license number of adv. Minhaz, b.com. Ll. B. Now he is forcing me to submit the said amount (21000/) and also threatening to take my entire family to court because according to them ‘the work was not submitted on time and agreement was breached and i am not taking there notice seriously thats why i ahve to paid 21000 rs. Now i am continuously getting threads calls from company advocates to pay them otherwise they are filing a case against me and then i have to bring my entire family to court to prove my innocence.
Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

I have done as per the deadline. On the last day i had submitted the work and call to inform them and also whatsapp them about it. No call answered and no message were replied and after approx. Two months i am receiving call that i have to pay the plenty, if not, then legal prosiding will be impose. What sould i do now.

Uske baad maine waha par call kiya tho phone switch off tha after 1 1/2 month ke baad unka call aaya ki aapne work time par submit nahi kiya hai tho maine unko kaha ki aapne chk karke call nahi kiya hai tho unhone call disconnect kar diya aur 2 hours ke baad call kiya. Aur kaha sir aapka work complete ho gaya hai aur 80% ki sahi hai. Maine khud chk kiya tha 96% sahi tha unhone mere work ke sath galat kaam kiya hai aur aab wo payment bhi nahi de rahe hai aur mere ko bol rahe hai ki aapka work complete nahi hua hai aapko payment karna padega

There she offered me a job of simple form filling by typing 1400 forms within 10 days and in return they will pay rs25 per page (I. E., rs 35000) including a one time registration fees of rs 6750 which will be deducted from my first salary. Along with that they said that the accuracy of typing should be 90%. Since i got some interest in it and said ok. After that the process started, she asked my adhar card photo and told me to download an app for an agreement. First of all let me clear no agreement was shown to me initially. After opening the app she said to me sign. Then another person called me for verification. Then they mailed me an agreement from the id [protected]@gmail.com.in the agreement it was written that the registration fees has to paid by me if i leave or unable to submit the work or the accuracy is not 90% also i have to pay the money. And if i don`t pay the money they will take legal actions against me. I got afraid and then started to work. While working the website gave many error pages but i finally completed my work on the 10th day. On the final day again i received a call from them, i said that i had completed my work. They asked me to submit the work to them and then they said that they will check the accuracy of my work. After an hour they again called me and said the accuracy was 87% (Only minor errors). They asked me to pay rs7000 so that they will change my errors in the software and pay my salary. I was shocked on listening to it and scared then i asked my friend for suggestion and gave the company number, then i came to know that it was a fake company. So i blocked the number. Recently i am receiving calls from them advocates saying i has to pay 6700 or they will file a case against me and now after searching in google many people said that it is a fraud company. Sir/madam i am in deep trouble, i belong to a very poor family. Please help me. How will i pay those money, i don`t have any. Sir i will be very kind to you, please help me. From quikr i am getting calls & msgs on whatsapp... I have worked for the form filling activity... They did not take the registration fees from me... But they told us that if work will be not completed in 10 days (1400 forms) u will have to pay the registration fees that is 6700 rupees... So i cannot complete the work now they are asking for money and saying that i[censored] dont pay we will send the legal notice at your address and i[censored] don't pay now everyday the fees will go on increasing

I was seen some ad in quikr app, so that time mr. Kevin sharma ([protected]), was contacted me...
Given the work details., then i was send the documents to him. He was registered my account, and then some one lady was called ([protected]) for verification., verification done., march 12nd 2020 work was givens to me... I was logged in my account 14th march 2020... Bcoz i don't know work was given or not, after then i was done my data finally submission date 22nd march 2020... That server down 21st nit onway... I was send the so many mails to company

I applied for this company on quikr.com on 11.03.20 recieved a call from the company the next day. They told me how i have to do the work and stuff and sent me an agreement. I kept on asking them that what the work is all about and if i don't want to do the can i cancel the women on the phone said yes cancellation is free and can be done without any issue. Then she started the job without telling me and then called me. I asked them to cancel the job because because of some reason and then they asked me to pay 6700 for cancellation the job or they would send a legal notice. First of all i didn't start doing the job and without doing the job without registration they're asking me to pay the cancellation fee. Look at their audacity because no company does that i'm an employee and it's completely my choice to do the job or not. And now after a long month they're calling me again and threating me to pay. Please do look after this problem and resolve this as soon as possible.

My name is chanky shama, I find a home base job so I am registration of qucker job and I got a call a person who's name karan and he told me a job of data entry, and he told me i the form filling job and give me a dome and he whatsapp massage to download an agrrimant app and told open it then he told me signutur and send me a agrriment. Then he told me i will fill 1400 forms with 90% accurecy. and company pay me 25 rupee par form and company will 6700/ rupee charges on my first income of first registration and mantenance charges. if i will not complate my job I will pay company 6700/ rupee.

On 11 march, 2020 i have received a call from gvs technology for work from home in data entry from filling work. They send an application for agreement without provide me all details. They give time for 10 days to complete 1400 forms with 90% accuracy. I complete the work in 6 days next 2 days i check my work very clearly. Then i submit my work. After submitting they told me wait 3-4 days to qc report of your & after 40 they call me and told your qc result are received and your 430 forms are are wrong or incorrect. Now if you have to correct the forms you have to pay 7500 in 20 minutes. I told that i dont have any amout pay you & i know i am doing my work with 100% acuracy. Then after few hours they call me and says i file a legal case to you from courts. If you want to remove the case you have to pay 250000 rs.in 4 hours. Many peoples called me and say different different things. I request to please help me to resolve this fraud case.
