H P Gas Agency — complaint against not delivering the additional gas bottle

My name is akansha parekh and i have a gas connection with hp gas, the agency name is annapurna gas agency and its in vasai west opp st stand vasai, my consumer no is 804020, i had a single bottle of gas so on monday 24 feb 2020 i visited their office to apply for an additional bottle of gas by paying rs 2500, the lady sitting on the counter informed me that the new gas bottle will be delivered on tuesday 25 feb 2020 but they did not deliver it, hence i called them around 5.30 pm on 25 feb they told that it will be delivered today and hung up, the next day i again called them around 1.38 pm the same lady picked up the call and told that the gas would be delivered anyhow by today i. E on 26 feb 2020 but as the gas was not delivered till 4.15 pm and asked them about the status, this time a guy answered the call and he told that delivery is going on wait till 5 pm and if its not delivered then call back again and when i asked him what if the gas is not delivered he kept the phone aside, hence i disconnected the call and then called again and told him that why is he not answering me, so he is telling that if the gas does not come by 5 pm call again madam will definitely send the gas, what kind of answer is that, will that madam decide when should we get our gas, i dont understand what kind of people are getting dealership of hp gas, kindly look in to this matter
