H. P. Gas — reckless driver

I am writing this mail to inform you that your truck driver is quite careless. Truck loaded with hp gas cylinders was going on the highway. The driver was drunk and his control was not exactly on the truck two people escaped from coming under the truck.
The incident has happened on sunday almost evening time indalwai toll plaza, hyderabad road 29/10/2017 and i also have a complete video recording of this incident i would like to give some information about the

He was showing left side indicator and he was going on the right side such negligence can be deadly on the highway. He put the brake at the right time, otherwise the truck would enter into the house.
If today you did not take any action then tomorrow the same thing he will repeat
