I am hp gas consumer from 2012. I have not need to shift hp gas sahid gangaram jodhpur to anyone. But tomorrow i had booked a refill and call to delivery boy for cylinder on 20 dec 2018 to mr. Trilok of sahid gangaram gas agency, jodhpur. He told me that you can receive a cylinder from jodhpur go down. So my brother has went there and called him for refill but not given lpg refill and tell him that your agency has changed and not issuing it.
What is reason that not asked me and changed gas agency.???
I am not going anywhere agency.

extra price I am paying when paid by credit card.
I booked a hp gas online on 05.11.2018. On 08.11.2018 at 7.53.55 pm i paid rs989.98 the cost through credit card having transaction no.[protected]. On 09.11.2018 the gas was delivered to me and i find that the billing is rs.972.00. Now i have paid rs. 17.98 extra while paying online when the present policy of govt. Is not to make transactions by cash. Had i paid by cash at the time of delivery i would have paid rs.17.98 less.
I want a clarification on this point early & demand the extra paid by me to be refunded.

extreme delay in delivery of gas refill by m. m enterprise agency

I am forced to write the complaint here. My consumer number is 620319. I received a cash memo on 01/10/2018 still gas cylinder has not been delivered. I suspect some wrong doing here from delivery boy and agency by selling my qouta in black market. There behaviour is very unprofessional. They keep on saying it will be delivered today for past 4 days no no one has turned up yet. I want to ensure that some strict action is taken against this agency who do not suit to serve the consumers of h. P gas.

subsidy born amount not credited to my account

Sir, unfortunately i forced to write here that recently i checked online of my hp gas portal why my subsidy amount is not coming to my account and see that my cylinder was giving me on non subsidy from 2016 to 2018. And i myself went to hp gas office on 18.08.2018 for booking cylinder. Only the last booking was subsidy. Why the all previous booking was non subsidy. And why not the subsidy born amount is not giving to me.. I need must reply

gas transfer problem and misbehaviour of gas agency

I am hp gas consumer from 2014. I had transferred so i need to shift hp gas pusad to yavatmal. So i had submitted bond, regulator and 2 cylinder to gas agency on 9 june 2018 to mr. Ajay of bajaj gas agency, pusad. He took my sign on 3 form and said come on thursday to collect bond and cheque. I told him i am not unable to come but my father will collect it. I took passbook and come back.
But when my father went on thursday he told owner not at hometown so come to next week. Again my my father went 21 june saturday, they said money had been taken already and my hp gas bond along with them still now. They said please come again on saturday we will check?

I have booked HP gas cylinder on 4 SEP 2018 and also made online payment of 816.13 RS but till today means 6 SEP 2018 gas delivery is not done by HP, they are saying your address is not convenient and you take cylinder by yourself, delivery person is speaking so rude.. and he said that i will not deliver cylinder do whatever you want.

I registered all the data through online. Registration ref. No - [protected]. Distributor name-bagnan gas agency[protected]. I visited at distributor office, they did not get connection without oven. They told me you would not get without oven, you have to take it.
But as fer gov. Rules you can get connection without oven. Already i have oven my home. Please help as per rules.

non delivery of gas refill

I am a hp domestic cooking gas consumer (Consumer no. 411615) registered with the sri ramalingeswara enterprises, hp gas distributors, keesara, telangana. I am much grieved at the unfair way of supplying/delivering the domestic cooking gas refill to me at 14-b1-350, n. F. C. Nagar, telangana-501301. For the last one year i am facing severe harassment from the sri ramalingeswara enterprises, keesarsa, t. S. Because i never pay to the delivery boy for my hp gas refill more than the printed receipt.
On an average i book my hp gas refill after 2 months. My hp gas refill booking for the last one year (Booked - delivered) is: 14.4.2017 - 29.4.2017; 21.6.2017 -26.6.2017; 2.9.2017 - 10.9.2017; 1.11.2017- 11.11.2017; 3.1.2018 - 9.1.2018; 20.2.2018 -27.2.2018; 23.4.2018 – undelivered till date… 6.5.2018.
This record shows that the sri ramalingeswara entetrprises, keesara usually does not supply my cooking gas refill in normal delivery limit i. E. 48 hours. Besides, what is very distressing to me is that the hp gas refill delivery van of the sri ramalingeswara enterprises would make 2-3 rounds in my locality; would unload the gas refill to the other consumers but won’t supply my gas refill. It makes me think of only discremination against me.
For instance, in the latest case, i booked my hp gas refill through the hp anytime national hotline [protected]@[protected] on 23.4.2018 at 6:31 pm. Accordingly i have been given booking no.515161, cash memo no.1050750, rs.716.00, authentication code 1860. But the sri ramalingeswara enterprises has so far not delivered my cooking gas refill till date even after 13 days of the booking. Myself and my whole family including my children are in great distress because of the endless waiting for the cooking gas refill to be delivered to us. Further, it is important to bring to the knowledge of the executive body of this portal for the protection of consumers’ rights that the hp gas refill delivery van of the sri ramalingeswara enterprises has made 3 gas refill delivery rounds in my locality during these 13 days passing in front of my house. You can imagine my plight to know that i’ve made several calls to the sri ramalingeswara enterprises at [protected]: first on 2.5.2018 at 2:03 pm; then on 5.5.2018 at 10:54 am, 10:58 am, 1:01 pm. First of all they do not receive any phone call, and if they do so they attend roughly and disconnect in the middle so that the consumer at last is convinced that it’s useless to call at the sri ramalingeswara enterprises, keesara.
It was so harassing to me when the sri ramalineswara enterprises official asked me to send him the sms of gas refill booking! I was stunned and perturbed because these details should be well placed the sri ramalingeswara hp gas distributor! Anyway i twice forwarded that sms as demanded by the sri ramalingeswara enterprise @[protected] on 2.5.2018 at 2:06 pm. But even after that the sri ramalingeswara enterprises hp gas, keesara has not delivered my gas refill because of which my entire family is in deep distress for the obvious reasons.
Actually, upon delivery of the hp gas refill to me the sri ramalingeswara enterprises delivery boy vehemently demands from us 10-20 rupees extra and usually goes rude in his ways which i have been firmly protesting for the last one year.in fact, exactly one year back i had lodged a complaint against the sri ramalingeswara enterprises in this very context at this consumers’ forum portal: complaint no.:17019069 dt. 25.4.2017 against booking no.517791 dt.14.4.2017. Consequently, mr jagan mohan reddy, the proprietor of the sri ramalingeswara enterprises, keesara had courteously assured me of 1) timely delivery of the hp gas refill; 2) decent professional behavior of the delivery boy; 3) weighing of the gas refill by the delivery boy before delivery to me. But nothing has improved over one year. It is rather very disgusting to mention here that the sri ramalingeswara enterprises is neither supplying my gas refill in time limit nor the agency delivery boy ever weighs the gas refill before delivery.
It is my earnest request to the executive council or officers of this portal to take the strict action and award an exemplary punishment to this erring hp gas agency as it is a well known fact that in the hyderabad region the gas refill delivery boys adamantly demand extra money upon delivery of the gas refill. For the last five days my family is without cooking gas. By submitting this petition at this portal i am expecting due justice at the earliest and hope my family shall be liberated from undeserving suffering. - dr. S. S. Rajput

rude behavior of premium gas agency

I booked refilled gas cylinder, deliver boy just came and return the refilled gas cylinder without inform me in 2 times, while i am in home. I complaint about him in our premium gas agency. They answer me with a rude behavior, after that they didn't response.
I am living in the heart of the city in chennai, so it is very difficult to face the situation to prepare food for child without gas, please do needful.

very much damaged cylinder delivered

Dear sir,
I had received hp cylinder today.
It is very much damaged. I really worry when will it goes to burst. The validation of the cylinder to be checked each year and should not circulate to anyone with the damaged cylinder. It is a common problem for all gas suppliers. Hp gas agency never worry about this problem so please take action immediately on this case. I have attached photos of the hp cylinder for your reference.

Dear sir, my hp consumer no.is 619107 name of m.l.meena. i was gas cylinder booked on 08.01.2018. booking no. is 559984 but aaj dated 11.01.2018 tak gas cylinder nahi pahooncha hai. same problem for ever gas cylinder booking time.

The gas agency name shree udyog.We booked 4 times. But every times they cancelled the booking. The delivery boy always asked my mom rudely to give extra 50 rs.The boy behave very badly with my mom.

Today i speak with your customer care number, they informed me that i was already cancelled subsidy of lpg gas (This is false)
I had submitted document and complete your formality for name correction in my consumer number 680654 to ashu gas agency.
Some day after i realised that my consumer number not found there system, i feared and put complaint againt ashu gas agency on[protected] but till date not solve.
Today from morning i calling your so many number and asking for solution but no one given proper solution (Some number only ringing and customer care number [protected] also confusing me)
Today i got national consumer number - [protected], and they are also launched complaint number 556562, but they also not given solution.
Kindly confirm how can live normal people and who will give solution

delivering the cylinder with 10.2 kgs
Gurugram, aryaveer hp gas service they are delivering the cylinders with less weight as less as 3kgs, have taken the photos of the cylinder which have sealing.in less than 2month we have done with 4 cylinders and i asked my wife to check the weight of the cylinder next time when the delivery boy comes home. He showed the weight from the weighing machine that he bought and so she believed in. When i go back from home, i was still doubt full so we have a weighing machine of our own and when measured it is only 25.7 kgs which is ~3kgs less than what it needs to be. So i have taken photographs and registering this complaint.

pathetic behavior by hp gas distributor (sandeepthi gas service)

Srinivas is the name of the sandeepthi gas service (Distributor) who takes care of the area i live. I had booked a gas on 23 oct' 2017 which is still not delivered. I had called srinivas (Sandeepthi gas) twice till last friday (3rd nov'2017) as all my family is working and i don't want the delivery guy to go to my place unattended. Gas was over the day i booked itself, so it was difficult to manage at home without gas for so long. 3rd nov, morning i called him up checking if he would deliver that day as he had told earlier that he would deliver on the 10th day after booking. He replied me saying, "i am not sitting here just for your delivery, i have other jobs to do." i replied, "there is nothing to get angry about, i have already paid for the gas cylinder online and don't want the delivery to go unattended for which i am following up as you guys don't even call if you're coming for delivery and would go back cancelling my booking like many times before." he replied, "i didn't get any online payment and i will deliver whenever i get time"
I rushed to the nearby hp gas office, and told them the same. They called srinivas immediately and confirmed him about the online payment. Srinivas asked the office people to ask me till what time i will be at home for him to deliver. That time the clock striked 11am, i told him i would be till 2pm as i will be going out for weekend with family and nobody would be at home till monday evening. I requested him to delivery only on tuesday by 1pm in the afternoon. He told he would do it.
Today (Tuesday, 7th nov'2017) i called him at 10am asking if he was delivering today. He told, "yes, i am sending a boy now for delivery". I was till 12 noon but nobody came to deliver. When i called him at 12:30pm, asking him to deliver fast as i had to leave for office, he replies "what is your problem on earth? Why are you eating my brain again and again. Delivery cannot happen according to your schedule." i answered him, "do you think i am a fool here following up with you everytime? I am in urgent need as i am cooking daily for 5 people in 1 induction itself. I don't want to miss on the delivery for which i am following up." he cut the call as i was saying and didn't pick when i called back again.
Is this how customers are treated? Am i getting a mercy by srinivas if he is delivering me the gas cylinder for which i have paid? Why are customers being treated as slaves?
I rushed to the nearby hp gas office, and told them the same. They called srinivas immediately and confirmed him about the online payment. cheating to lpg customers hp gas veenavanka

I'm kiran, a customer of HP Gas veenavanka branch, karimnagar district Sri sai tirumala enterprises with reference NO.625174
I have registered for cylinder refill on[protected].
I got a message from HP Gas on[protected] with reference NO.588462 which says "your booking was successful with reference NO.588462 and the bill amount is Rs.711/-"
And on[protected] I got one more message saying "Your cylinder was delivered on[protected] bill amount Rs.711/-, Reference No.1005000 "
But I didn't receive the cylinder on[protected] the delivery person bought the cylinder on[protected] and asked for a bill amount of Rs.840/-, I asked him why to pay rs.840/- when the bill amount is rs.711/- only.
He said the prices are increased from[protected]., that's okay I said I'll pay the total bill amount but I asked for the bill with rs.840/-, he refused to give the bill with rs.840/- he said he can give bill only for rs.711/-

are you thinking that as we are village people and can be easily cheated. you are taking rs.128.50/- from each customer so that Lakhs of rupees are coming into your pockets without any records how hell you are cheating customers. now if the problem is not rectified I'll file a case against your company. better rectify the problem as soon as possible.

I have registered for cylinder refill on[protected].
I got a message from HP Gas on[protected] with reference NO.588462 which says "your booking was successful with reference NO.588462 and the bill amount is Rs.711/-"
And on[protected] I got one more message saying "Your cylinder was delivered on[protected] bill amount Rs.711/-, Reference No.1005000 "
But I didn't receive the cylinder on[protected] the delivery person bought the cylinder on[protected] and asked for a bill amount of Rs.840/-, I asked him why to pay rs.840/- when the bill amount is rs.711/- only.
He said the prices are increased from[protected]., that's okay I said I'll pay the total bill amount but I asked for the bill with rs.840/-, he refused to give the bill with rs.840/- he said he can give bill only for rs.711/-

reckless driver

I am writing this mail to inform you that your truck driver is quite careless. Truck loaded with hp gas cylinders was going on the highway. The driver was drunk and his control was not exactly on the truck two people escaped from coming under the truck.
The incident has happened on sunday almost evening time indalwai toll plaza, hyderabad road 29/10/2017 and i also have a complete video recording of this incident i would like to give some information about the

delay in delivery in hp gas

Dear all,
I have changed 3 different location in last 3 years but not seen any such type of poor service in delay in delivery of cylinder in any location. From the date of transfer i have facing same embarrassing situation in every month. This month i have booked on 03/10/17 with booking no 580170 but after visiting four times to the gas agency i have not received the cylinder yet. Just imagine how is the service after 21 days a customer not getting the cylinder. I have personally visited & talked with billing boy and cut bill on dt - 17/10.17 but after that also situation remain same.

not getting refill gas

I had booked gas almost 15 days back and i got message of generating cash memo on dated 29/07/17 and after 3 days 01/01/2017 i got message saying your booking has been cancelled please rebook. I have one year baby in my house and totally depend on this hp gas for cooking. Now we are facing extreme difficulty which force us to take another connection of indane in name of another family number and also i had to manage by induction and all.
Now if i call the delivery boy of hp he is not picking up the phone and if i call the hp tap trisha agency they are saying you will get it but they cant say when.

I am taking a HP gas 8 times, but I can't getting any subsidy in my personal saving account even when I am going to HP store, they are harazment to me. So please take needful action against to it. Please see attached.

Taking Extra money than bill for LPG cylinder.
I'm consumer of H P GAS from long time. My distributor agency is Shubhankar Gas Agency, on the time of delivery they are taking 33 Rs extra than total amount.
When I asked reason for it then delivery man he very rudely said these are delivery charges. Of you have problem contact to anyone.
They are directly taking 33 Rs more peer cylinder every time.
please look into matter!!

I am the consumer No: 603326 of HP gas connection from Rethnakala Gas Agency, Kanjirampara, Thiruvananthapuram. I have booked refill on 09/01/2015 vide No :217198. The related dealer did not supply the gas refill yet now. More over time I did try to contct to the dealer's office in Kanjirampara, Thiruvananthapuram through the telephone[protected], but the phone was always out of order or not attend with concious.Now my both cylinders are emty.Kindly arrange to supply refill immediately.

Sub.; Complaint against HP GAS DEALER M/s KHULLAR ENTERPRISE, RBI COLONY, NEW DELHI-110063 regarding malpractice & misbehavior.
I would like to bring this malpractice to your kind notice that I am the customer of HP Gas and fall under the dealership of M/s KHULLAR ENTERPRISE, RBI COLONY, NEW DELHI-110063 & my consumer No. 609612. I am a social activist.
As per your SMS direction, I personally went to the Agency on 31.01.2013 for submitting the prescribed format form along with my Aadhar card copy.(Attached Copy) She told me without hesitation & demanded Rs.50/- for adding the aadhar card number. When I asked the reason they rudely refuse to take my Aadhar card copy. She thrown out my Consumer Card & form with a threatening that I will not supply the Gas Cylinder to you, wherever you want to go you may proceed, no one will bother to me for the same. I’ve seen a strange practice of forcing the customers to deposit Rs.50/-. This is totally unethical and illegal.
After this I meet to Mr. Kapil in the agency office, he told me that to deposit the Rs.50/- at the counter otherwise I will cancel your gas connection. I was shocked by his rude behaviour, and he asked me to get out of the office.
I, therefore, request you to kindly take stern action against the aforesaid agency staff, namely, Kapil & her, as it will a step for redressal of grievances of the several consumers and please intimate me the same.

HP Gas — Malpractice in order booking & delivery
Dear Sir,I was a customer of Indane gas. Since the delivery was improper & delivery boys started to demand bribes, I approached HP Gas dealer, Sasikrishna gas agencies & got my account shifted to them. My consumer no. is 611793.
I would like to know the criterion of applying for a refill.
The condition at my present dealer is this:-
He don't have proper software. Hence I should wait for 22 days after a delivery. Only then will he accept my booking. After booking, it'll take nearly 10 days to deliver. Effectively, 22+10~32 days for a refill.
Usually, consumers don't keep exact track for booking etc. This month, I approached them for a refill after 29 days. Their response was arrogant & suggested that delivery may take another 10-15 days. Those days are over, I called them again & again, but in vain.
I suspect they sell the cylinder due for genuine customers like me to others at high rates.
IT'S TAMIL NEW YEAR & VISHU FESTIVAL IN KERALA & I am out of gas.
As a citizen, I feel humiliated & the manner with which these dealers treat us, is very bad & reduces our self-esteem.
Pls. intervene & make them stop behaving like arrogant Kings.

Your dealer M/S Kiran gas bibewadi Pune Maharastra is not giving gas within 30 days and despite several reminders the person lady is not attending to my phone call since last 3 monthsThe policy they adopt is they will not book within 21 days of delivery of cylinder and after booking they deliver in 10 to 15 days so in total if the customer is not getting cylinder in less than 30 days my consumer number is 630365
My cylinder consumption is 23 to 25 days
Presently my cylinder is empty on 10th Nov 09 booked on 13th after much of perusal today it is 19 no delivery till date had been made

I am Anil Kumar Yadav having a complaint against preet gas agency of gidderbaha because of deley in gas cylender . on 1 of march i stand full day in line for gas refilling but in evening they say that gas finish u come in morning at roop nagar i book my first place at 7am early in the morning but at10 am the tractor came with cylender when i ask them for refill they say that u have tokan ? i didn't understand the rules of this agency if i booked by copy then why there is tokan . i am working in a company i have to bathinda for job if after booking we have to stand in big line for one or two days then how can we servive . we are of job dear . we have to take leave from job. why they didn't deliver the gas to home if they charge the charges from us for this . they didn't have the proper place to distribution of cylender first we have to check where they come today then when they will come after that if we ask them some thing they used abuse wording . after all this too many people will stand in line they give the cylender to there relatives or famous person without line even they give the service to them at home . they sold there cylender in black in open . we still wait in line . i didn't understand for this , i need my all three cylender delivery at my residence . if not possible then tell me .Anil Kumar Yadav

do not give home delivery of cylinder after the booking

sir my self avinash rai working in railway and live with my mother. I have a hp gas connection with two cylender.i reffil mymy cylender every 3-4 month . My dealer not provided home delivery of gas cylender after 30-45 days of booking,whereas i have already take my waiting list and booking recipt. i work 7 days so i cant able to go dealer shop to fill the cylender.
sir please take my complaint seriously and give me better option for this and also take complaints against my dealer.

Delivery of Gas Cylinder
BOOKING PROBLEM
My consumer no.814737(H.P.GAS) and I am a resident of sector -38(W) ,Chandigarh.M/s Parnaam Gas Agency .sector -37,Chandigarh is the distributor for my connection. When ever I book my cylinder ,they refuse to book the cylinder before 21 days of delivery of previous cylinder and then again they deliver the cylinder after the 15 days of booking. The total gap between the deleivery of first cylinder second cylinder is 36 days which seems to be very hard to compromise the situation.Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system.
