[Resolved]  H1 Base — Is it Fraud company or not.

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Hi, I am also in contact with H1Base Hyderabad to process H1B visa for next year -2015. They have taken some 16, 000 INR for procession of document/application and interview fee. They have also send us the receipt for the processing fee and copy of signed agreement. As per initial agreement, they will be scheduling interview in November 2014 which didn't happen in our case. So they said to arrange the interview in December end or First week of Jan 2015. But 3 days back I got a mail from H1B consultant that interview will be delayed because now their clients want to have fraud check done for the documents before the interview . As they have found few cases where candidate documents were fake so client insisted H1B to have fraud check by USCIS before the interview. So they are asking us to have 500 dollars DD to sent them before the interview. I asked my consultant(from H1B) how it is possible to have a fraud check by USCIS with out petition or client letter. I mean why the hell USCIS will be doing fraud check for each and every one even the petition is not filled for candidate or event not having client letter. Then they said that as per their attorney this is possible. I am still having doubt that this is not possible. So now as per H1Base they will schedule interview in Feb 2015 some where. If documents will be find wrong/fake then no interview will be scheduled and if every thing will be ok then interview will be scheduled and if candidate clears the interview then petition will be filed. * My concerns- - They never send me mail from their official id. I was repeatedly saying them to send mail from official id but every time they make some excuse. - They were not having any concrete answer how this is possible to have fraud check of docs by USCIS without client letter. - As I saw in previous comment that for few people, interview has been done and they got their visa. How it is possible to have visa for 2015 at this moment. Because once your petition is picked in the lottery then only you will get your interview dates(visa stamping) at Embassy and if you get the stamping that means you got H1 visa. As far as I know once petition is selected in lottery (maximum time to get the result for that is July ) then only you get interview dates and this should be done maximum by November 2015 so that candidate start working in USA by 2015. Please help me with right suggestion whether we should go with H1Base Hyderabad based consultancy or not. Also reply for my3 concern. Regards, Nikita

It's better you don't pay the amount. I also received the same email. USCIS take Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee with application request.

Refer the link below. It says this fee must be paid with application.

"$500 to be submitted with a request for initial H-1B status or with a request for a beneficiary already in H-1B status to change employers. (This fee does not apply to Chile/Singapore H-1B1 petitions.)"

Now I am pretty sure no one have got visa interview. I think those are fake profiles H1B created to divert the people. If you looks at the thread, it's also diluted with some junk information. Who will have the intention to dilute? Guess...

As, mentioned earlier in the thread, MD name itself is not correct. He did some fraud previously and changed his name to start the company.

Regarding your 3rd concern, they are for H1B filed this year and picked. But, as I said earlier I don't they someone really went to interviews and those fake
Hi Nikita,
I am extremely sorry and saddened to hear what has happened to you.

My name is Paul Baker, and I work for the Official H1 Base Corporation based in the USA.

H1Base-India.com is NOT in any way part of the official H1 Base Corporation (H1Base.com) that has been operating for over 14 years as a licensed and registered USA Company.

H1Base-India is NOT an authorized partner of ours and they are Not authorized to use our name, but they hide behind a scam operation in India hidden layers deep. H1Base-India is not even a registered company in India - they are just a fake and fraudulent website.

What they have told you - are lies. That is why they have no real solid answers and why they keep continually delaying things and asking for more and more money. By the time you realize what's really happening they think they have you trapped so you will keep giving them more money in hope you will get out of the trap and it will work out.

There are many people who continually report they have been scammed by this fake operation and website in Hyderabad India.(H1Base-India.com) .

H1Base-India.com is trying to extort and steal money from you by using fraudulent tactics and methods, delays and constant excuses, You should report them to the relevant authorities in India who can investigate and be able to press charges to convict them of visa fraud (and get your money back). Representatives from our Company in the USA will be happy to help in any way we can, and to provide supporting documentation to authorities in India.

Best regards
Paul Baker

My wife was given offer letter for 2014 visa petition, told that her name was selected in the lottery. but there is no way to verify the EAC number they send, but H1Base forged documents to convince us for the next step. The 797 approval letter has been tampered i.e they use original Eac number of another candidate to convince us. they also created fake documents for another L1 candidate. Message me if you guys want to know more about H1Base and my experience with them and madhapur police station to get back my money.

H1 base india doesnt have a name board, it operates in the name of pinnacle software but checks are issued under the name of H1 base for refund(it bounces and owner absconded to warangal) This is the war I have started so other candidates waste time like me.
