Hafele India — Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Delay in Service

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the persistent and unacceptable delay in service that we have been experiencing with the premium range products of the brands Asko and Nagold by Hafele. Our order was placed with high expectations, considering the reputed brand names and the assurance provided by the company at the time of sale.

We were promised prompt service within 48 hours in case of any issues with the products. Unfortunately, the reality has been quite the opposite. Since the purchase, we have faced numerous faults and malfunctions with different products every other week. Despite raising service requests promptly, the response from your company has been highly unsatisfactory.

The service requests submitted have been left unattended for weeks on end. This has caused significant inconvenience and frustration on our part. It is disheartening to note that the premium products we invested in are consistently failing to function properly. The situation is aggravated by the fact that when an engineer is finally dispatched, the service is further delayed, and we are informed that it will take more time to rectify the issues. This prolonged delay in addressing the service issues not only goes against the assurances provided during the sale but also violates the consumer rights and expectations. We are left with no option but to seek your intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest.
