I Pramod Maniyar, has purchased a built in refrigerator of Hafele India, from its authorised Dealer Tas Impex located in Banjara hills, Hyderabad. product code 732593 R31842I PREMIUM+ FRIDGE
I purchased this product in the month of January 2023. The installation was done perfectly and no issues were there till may of 2024. during this time the fridge had stopped working and I had raised a complaint for the same with the service head of Asko and Hafele in Hyderabad, Mr Srinivas (+91 [protected]), who after 1 week of rigorous follow up sent a technician. the technician said that the issue was in the door which was attached to fridge which we took down and tested for another week. It did not work out which then the team said was gas leakage and did a gas top. even after this the issue was not solved. after this the service team took the fridge to their place and tested it for 3 weeks. even after this the fridge was delivered faulty. It has been over 1 month since then I had been promised for a replacement which they have not fulfilled.
I have purchased a product over 2, 50, 000/- and this is the service they provide. 4 months without the fridge.
