Im a complaining about hob

My Gas Hob is not working as the two burners are not in proper condition. Hafele doesnot give me proper service to change them so that i could continue my work. Hafele india is the worst worst appliances company i have ever met with. My house is full of hafele appliances but still i regret it because they are not helping with the hob. Nextime I won’t ever purchase anything from this company. Very direspective and vulgar behaviour. I will sugest everyone to not but a single product from this company

The chimney - teresa 90 which was fitted by the hafele india installation team fell down within a months time and the installation was done very badly. It didn't hold properly to the wall, it came down with all tiles as well. Its completely broken and not usable.
Called up customer care on 26/11/2018 and reported this. Technicians came and took all photos and were telling about some tile fixing issues but later agreed to provide a full replacement of the product.
Now today - 07/12/2018 - still supervisor mention that the company mgmt. Has taken a call now after 2 weeks saying that the product cant be replaced due to tile fixing issues, which is completely wrong and unable to get the proper answers.
Its a mental harassment now to talk to these call centre guys on a daily basis. Now they are asking 50% cost with the customer only if which totally unacceptable.
Need this to be resolved otherwise i am planning to go to consumer court for this. I have all the invoices - billed just 3 months back.
