Kindly refer order 98837, which was made by me that Mr. Sanjeev Kumar for Jeans Combo fabric 38 on dated 11/05/2017.
Before placing the order the following product was seen on the website www.halcyonkart.in showing that 4 pieces of jeans with stretchable jeans of 4 different colours. After that I have place the order and on dated 19/05/2017 the following consignment received at my place after opening. The consignment I found that there are 4 jeans of (2 of black colour and 2 of blue colour) by on the website it was showing the jeans will be different colours. The confirmation was made at your end wide phone number +[protected].
You are requested please take over this consignment immediately and handover the new consignment consigning of 4 jeans of different colours as it was showing on the website as per the confirmation made by your employee on dated 12/05/2017 Timing 15:00 hours.
