Haldiram's — Haldiram's Mathri

I bought and opened Haldiram's Mathri on[protected].
I have been consuming the Mathri and Chakoli frequently in the last 2-3 months as I trusted the brand.
Today, inside the packet, as I opened it it smelt a little bad. I ate a mathri and it tasted bad somehow. So I opened the achar (mixed veg pickle) that accompanies the mathri, thinking maybe the achar will help in the taste. To my horror, the achar packet had a cut on its edge. And as I opened the mixed veg pickle packet, it let out such a rancid smell and the pickle inside was completely rotten. It was stinking really bad and made me feel sick.
The date of manufacture on the packet reads- 23/02/21
And Batch No. PCB23A
The packet is not expired yet, and yet the food inside is rotten. This is some gross oversight on behalf of Haldiram, a name I trusted, and this is really unacceptable. The food, if you eat it, will definitely make you sick.
On the mixed veg pickle packet, it says that it will be remain good for 9 months after the date of manufacture then why was it rotten already and stinking. Also the mathri had either infected by this or had the same problem, which is why it tasted so bad.
Shouldn't Haldiram be more careful during these covid times, when we are so hesitant in buying open food, and trying to rely only on packed food from trusted brands? It is a very irresponsible behaviour from someone branded by fssai and a gross breach of trust from their end.
