I purchased 5rs packets of haldiram's soya sticks today in my area, (Akkireddypalem, vizag) and see that the packing and taste are different. It seems this is duplicate one, please look into this issue

On 14/12/2022, we have done the online payment through GPAY for "Orange Barfi" at Nagpur Railway station store of "Haldiram's" . Payment was successful at that moment only but their machine generate the receipt saying "Session expired".
We asked them either for product or refund but they denied saying "you will get refund in 48 hrs". But we did not received any refund yet.
I want add one more point, the manager of store told us, this type of case is happened in their store 4-5 times a day . I did not got my refund so may no one will get it . I am attaching screenshot of my payment herewith .
Kindly look into this issue .

Seller sell these without any fair

I bought and opened Haldiram's Mathri on[protected].
I have been consuming the Mathri and Chakoli frequently in the last 2-3 months as I trusted the brand.

Today, i bought haldiram diet mixture and it is too salty that i could not consume it and had to write to you. As a brand, it can not be expected from you. I have kept it as a sample with me.

I bought this Haldiram's classic gup shup peanuts from a mother dairy outlet neat my house.
MFD - 14.08.18 BEST BEFORE - 13.01.19

There were worms in the peanuts.
I am a regular user of Haldiram's products, but after going through such a bad experience and seeing so many complaints on this forum I shall stop using this company's products for sure.Lets see whether they resolve the issue or not. Photograph is attached for reference

Hi team, we found a reptile insect inside the nuts of the haldiram's tasty nuts packet.
I am a regular customer of haldiram's and this was ridiculous. We trust them and the company is playing with our health, this is not at all tolerable. This insect can take somebody's life. Please consider this. I am attaching the snapshot.

I went to buy 2 biscuit boxes, and other food items also, but due to insufficient cash, I asked to cancel one Rs. 65 biscuit pack, at cash counter talked in veey rude manner, even Manager also talked

We baught kaju katli from haldiram sectro 25 noida and we got piece of metal in it. thats the service haldiram provide with us. when i call in haldiram customer care they didnt pick my call on this number : [protected] this is the service given by haldiram. this is the way they treat with us and want us to believe in their quality haw can we believe in their quality.

I had purchased haldiram's minute khana vegetable pulao in sydney. I carried the vegetable pulao to melbourne and wanted to have pulao for lunch. I was shocked to see that the pouch did not contain the rice at all. Please see the picture. I want the company to refund my amount back. I bought a choco bite biscuit on 22 march 2018. But when i opened the packed i was shocked to see a bird or chicken's feather in one of the biscuits.

Seeing that, i was disgusted about the quality of haldiram now. I can imagine how dirty and unhygienic their factory would be. So i threw away the packet.

I request haldiram to make their food safe and clean in the future.
