Dear all All dealing with hanco developers kalpathy palakkad kerala must understand that they started a new strategy of customer care with the name of famous sindhu who is looking after finance and customer care together. Mr viswanathan before leaving hanco mentioned that this companys dooms day will be seen in social media and rightly said sindhus affair in hanco with ananthanarayan is well known to all. Hanco engineers already put up in whatsapp and social media and this shameless lady is still hanging on with ananthanarayan for money and blackmailing ananthanarayan. Ms vani ananthanarayan knows but she is helpless. Sindhu has 2 flats registered in her name - benami. Now as customercare - she is not picking certain mobile numbers whom she she think has been troublesome. The end of hanco is certain. Sindhu is not picking calls - police to enquire and cancel the developers licence. Several people posted against hanco earlier is much relieved and no customers will buy any land /property with hanco. Caution - for one woman one company is lost. Mr Ananthanarayan of hanco developers Kalpathy, Palakkad Kerala, proved that he is the worst developer by playing around with buyers . Buyers sentiments are not taken care of . He played politics between a set of buyers and now landed in several issues.

Dear All, Whoever posted messages against hanco developers must know their rights well and act accordingly. Buyers can go ahead with deficiency in service in appropriate court - consumer court in Palakkad. Regarding the Builder, entire palakkad is aware of his illegal activities. Few of the Hanco staff has approached us and to discuss for non payment of wages to them. One case of a painter is also there. This ananthanarayan generally is a gutless man and send women staff to deal and finally #metoo to be generated, so that the buyer is taken to task for a case nothing developed. Olavakkode Police inspector and Hemambika Nagar Police inspector is tracking his illegal activities and more cases against him is mushrooming.Also IT Dept has raided and he had to pay hefty tax.
The whole issue is with two residents who used to complain with defects in their apartment, but Ananthanaray !an took them lightly and shooed them away. Rest is what you can see. Instead of hearing grievances and sorting out issues, this matter would not have escalated to such an extent. The NRI guy, is not residing, he has been abroad more than 25 years and hardly visits his apartment and now that Ananthnarayan is behind him, , , , , He told him BALLS.This guy is a very rich man and he is a resident of Chennai lately.Ananthanarayan is working like Trupti Desai and he will leave kalpathy now.Not Joking
This Ananthanarayan is also in Medical equipments Business and he also cheated me, Initially he told me a price and later added GST/CGST plus additional customs cess etc.
