Sindhu and ananthanarayan affair is known by all their staff and their relationship is known by vani ananthanarayan. He has relationship with usha sri ram also. Hence all pending defects remain as open issue. All his new apartments have defects and chellis collapsed due to poor workmanship. Han-co engineers informed public not to buy any apartment from hanco. Their business is finished. Police complaints and court cases are nightmare for him. Apartments not handed over after 6 years. I visited my apartment last week and was surprised that my pending defects send by email 2 years back has never been attended. Several owners have posted several remarks ( from all his Projects combined in Palakkad) against him which is more than the combined defects observed. we left this matter to Ananthanarayan 's end since he is a paranoid person .
Dear All, Whoever posted messages against hanco developers must know their rights well and act accordingly. Buyers can go ahead with deficiency in service in appropriate court - consumer court in Palakkad. Regarding the Builder, entire palakkad is aware of his illegal activities. Few of the Hanco staff has approached us and to discuss for non payment of wages to them. One case of a painter is also there. This ananthanarayan generally is a gutless man and send women staff to deal and finally #metoo to be generated, so that the buyer is taken to task for a case nothing developed. Olavakkode Police inspector and Hemambika Nagar Police inspector is tracking his illegal activities and more cases against him is mushrooming.Also IT Dept has raided and he had to pay hefty tax.
Hanco Developers are the worst developers of Palakkad . Mr Ananthanarayan is total garbage . The lady Sindhu is #metoo girl and mainly because of this girl the hanco developer is sinking and collapsing like Chellis Project.
Hanco Developer MD- Ananthanarayan is a shameless man. When any disputes arise, he must act as bridge to resolve them instantly. He must invite all residents/buyers and invite for lunch or dinner and finish of the story. Matter has been escalated by not one person but a group of person and some outsiders /insiders took advantage of the total scenario. In any case the resale of these apartments or villas will be a big question mark.
All Ex-hanco staff must be called back for a dinner party.
If he continues to work like a worker then MD will have to be a plumber or a security guard in some buildings he constructed. The residents will pay for his daily food and stay like a security. Downfall is imminent.

He has instructed his subordinates not to rectify any defects and not picking up calls . The Engineers informed the customers that anathnarayan instructed them not to rectify defects in few apartment, in order to trouble them. In fact anathanarayan is a famous notorious builder whose compalint has been sent to PM of India and CM of Kerala.
He is targetting some persons as suspect, but few people in palakkad took advantage of the situation, including hanco staff of Kalpathy palakkad. Several people left his organisation.
