Your employe had charged me 150 Rs for baggage when I had refused to give he threatened me and said give the charge else I will be not allowed to travel then I had told him for cancelation of my ticket then he had refused for that to then I have called your customer care no but it was talking to much time to pic my call so I canceled the call and had given your employe 150 Rs so that my bus should no miss please take care of your employees. And also the seat alloted to me on that seat the charging point was not working

        I booked bus from dewas to pune on 25th may, 2019.
        First of all the bus was late and then i was not allowed to sit on my seat as it's connecting bus and seat was already occupied by some other person who denied to leave seat.
        Also the staff didn't co-operate and misbehaved which is not acceptable.
        After paying this much money it's not worth to travel with you anymore and i am really disappointed and want to get an explanation for such poor service and specially the behaviour of your staff.

          My husband and son are travelling from indore to mumbai.. Their pnr no. Is[protected]... Volvo b9r multi axle.. Pickup from dhakkan wala kua.. Drop thane... My husband health is very bad... Buy instead of supporting him... Your driver and helper both tried to misbehave and use abusive language.. And also. They called other drivers of hans travles at the dinner point to make my husband and son listen to their talks also... What if all your staff come together and do some harm to my family
          .. How can other bus drivers interfere.. Have they made a union to trouble the passenger.. This is very wrong.. Hope my husband and son reaches safely to their destination.. If anything goes wrong.. I will see to it that some legal action is taken with the company as well as your staff.. I want an urgent call to be made to me.. Immediately..                 My sister sent a parcel from pune to bhopal through hansbus.com on dated[protected] and paid rs.300. It was written in the invoice receipt that gst is zero and hammali charges are zero but when i went to receive my parcel at the hansbus office in bhopal they told me to pay rs.20 and refused to give my parcel. I told them i will not give single rupee as it is also written on the invoice bill that all the money has been paid and nothing has to be paid. After so many conversations i got my parcel. I just wanna say that if 20 rupees has to be paid than it should be mentioned on the bill invoice or should have been told at the time of sending the parcel.

                    I want to complaint abt the bus operator.. i needed to go to the bathroom urgently n ur operator was telling me to elite at kalyan and do it.. just tell me one thing.. did i pay rs 1405 or whatever to hold our pee and wait for the bus to reach kalyan.. i am having a stone problem and cant hold for long or it would be infectious.. wht dont you keep common toilet for gents and ladies both.. arent men human as well.. dont they also need to pee at regular intervals. Thats the reason why people prefer trains over buses.. y dont u hire educated people and if not some understanding people.

                    I have book one tickit indore to bhopal 7:30 am dated on 26/04/19 so i am waiting before 30 minute in boarding point but bus is coming to 8.20 am so this is not fare and i have selected seat number 8 but bus conductor is provide to seat number 35 so i am totally unsatisfied to this type of service. very bad services.

                        I have book a ticket of hans travell through red bus app. I have book this at 12.20 am through red bus online bus booking app.
                        After successful booking of my ticket, i have got confermation messege from red bus and hans travell company.
                        Then i have called pickup man in charge, but he says that bus has been pass from your pickup point already.
                        I have ask him that how it pass before 12.37 am?
                        But he disconnect my call and never contact me again.
                        I need solution to my harishment and loss from the above travell company and his servent.

                          Hi i siddhant jain travelled from mumbai andheri bridget to bhopal isbt on 14/3/19 against pnr[protected] and[protected] against seat number 23 and 24 on hans bus travel having bus number mp 20 pa 0993. Arrival time of bhopal was mentioned 12:30 pm. Bus reached at indore at 8:15 am and they gave us halt of more than 2 hours. Their was no other bus available to take us to bhopal. At 10:30 pm bus started from indore to bhopal with bus number 9210. Now i had a meeting at 1:00 pm in bhopal and return flight at 7:30 pm to mumbai. Bus will not be able to reach bhopal at 12:30pm and i will be going to miss my crucial meeting. I want to paytm to stop mentioning such cheap and unprofessional bus operators. I booked the most premium option of bus thinking that they will be professional and will maintain their timeline. I want my refund of two tickets as the agenda of travel is vanished. I will not be make up to my meeting on time as the bus has just started from indore and will reach by 2:00 pm. Pls refund my money back and stop listing such unprofeesional bus operators. Else we as a customer has to stop using paytm for our travel bookings.

                              I am traveling with my wife and she is having some serious health issue, i have talked with the bus cundoctor to change her seat from upper to lower but he said all seats are booked but he is selling seats to other travellers who didn't book seats. One sleepr to two passengers 250/- per head.

                                I am forwarding this issue last night travel in your bus was burnt totally my luaage was completely burnt approx compensation for this is 18000/- as per article.& i was hard to secure myself i will not leave you because it's totally lose of my life... What a # there was not fire safety precautions kept in bus i need my article value & my life sefety cover at any how i will highlight this issue in media & every where i need my compensation... Other wise i will file legal case against you people... Very bad experience... I need immediate reply on this.

                                  Iam travellig in bus number UP75M4963 indore to jodhpur. Unfortunately i got last sleeper in this bus i.e. seat number 36. Where i also paid the same amount like all the coustmer but my seat condition is worst that i never expected from the hans travels. I paid them ₹ 1300 for the seat but i got the service worth ₹200. AC of this compartment is not working properly and there is dust all around the seat and even in the AC panel. Even bed sheet is not provided specially to me. Iam requesting to the hans travels to not to make fool of people. Iam was a ## who choosen this bus for my comfort.

                                    The worst experience with hans travels from delhi to indore yesterday on dated 14-feb-2019. Several times bus breakdown and it is more than 24 hours over still i am in bus. On 15-feb morning also we did not get proper washrooms. They are taking food break on lower quality dhabas.

                                    The bus condition and the service us totally bad. Hans travels is a big company they could send us a backup bus to finish our journey. Now i am leaving there bus before muksi and taking taxi and payinh another 3500 rs to finish my journey.

                                    Kuch to sharam karo... Beep beep beep

                                      I had a bus which i had to sit in from andheri i was trying to contact the bus driver through the no. I got on message all the while he was saying me toh bs khetwadi se jaungga vaha se dusri bus h if it was lliike that appropriate no. Should have been given nd he was again nd again disconnecting the call! I had to sit at 19.31 i got there by 19.28 i was still scared of missing he wasn't telling anything, so i thought it would be better to reach some other stop i went all the way sion from andheri paid 300 for auto. When i reached there i came to know bus was about to come at 9.00 i reached there at 8.20 itself although the time in the app was mentioned that at 8.30 bus will reach sion.1/2 hr late. Then when at 9.00 a hans travel bus stropped i asked was it indore bus they said no he said it will come in few min after few min another bus came it didn't even stopped driver nd conductor went on asking from window without even stopping the bus then i luckily called hanstravel they gave me another no. I called on it he said hum toh nikkal. Gye vaha se cchuna bhatti pr h aa jao aap i had to come running almost 1/2km coz no auto was available. When i came here he wrote my seat no. On my bag and then he said aap bag le kr piche aa jao meri tbyat kharab h although it's there duty to keep it in. I had to keep the myself in dicky. Then when i was entering bus he said kuch kharcha pani dedo jb utarna rahega utar dunga. Never travelling in hans bus again. I expect a refund of my amount or appropriate concession if not i would approach for legal action.
