Dear hans travels,

Previously i was thinking of travelling in your buses are quite safe for girls. But now it's clear that girls are not safe in your buses also. Journey date 16 oct 2017, travel - pune to bhopal. I traveled and observed that conductor of this bus (Bus no. Up75m4961) named guddu phone no. [protected] was constantly disturbing me by opening curtain again and again while i was sleeping and also trying to get details of my residence/education/job place in pune and bhopal. Previously i ignored all this but now it's too much he took my phone details from my ticket (Which i have to given while booking) and he called me on that night and next day evening also, i ignored. He called me on dipawali also that was too much. I have complained about this matter in hans head office they took quick action and thanks for that but now i lost my belief in safe travel in hans travels. It might have done before with other girls also i don't know but i thought it is mandatory for me to put light on this matter and think once again before sending your girls via hans.

We booked ticket from Agra to Indore on 2nd dec 17 and put our luggage in dicky which was already packed with their loading stuff . When we complained their staff told they will make space for the luggage. In morning we came to know that they forgot to lock the dicky and some of the item has gone missing. One of our bag was also not there and another bag we found was shifted to inside the bus. After reaching pune when we asked for such careless behaviour hans owner was very rude and started threatening . It is worst experience and they spoiled the trip.

    Very bad service, we don't want to again journey in hans travels.

    I am travelling from indore to khan gaon bus no 5704 and found the bed very dusty when i made a complaint to driver, cleaner and to manager and finally managing director mr. Tarun gupta who normally sits at outside hans travels head office
    Nobody has taken care so far
    Bus time official was 9 pm, bus did not start even till 9.40, writing of this complaint

      I have booked two tickets by hans travels from indore to raipur on 09 june 2017 and the departure date of my bus is 10 june 17. As i am working in indian army and due to some issues i have wished to postponed my ticket on 24 june 17 instead of the booking date i. E 10 june 2017 but the customer care executive regretted to cancelled my ticket and postponed it on 24 june 17. I don't want my money back. I would be ever grateful if they booked my ticket the desired that i. E 24 jun 2017.

        I had Travelled from Mumbai-Bhopal, The Bus dropped me till Indore from there I have to wait for 2hrs for the next bus Indore - Bhopal it was not informed me by the travel company that I have to wait at indore and from indore to Bhopal bus will be different. Totally terrible experience even the staff is irresponsible not providing the necessary information. The worst travel service ever if it is the last option than to never go with Hans Travel.
        No information was given to me for Breakup Journey. Very irresponsible behavior from Travel company. On their website also the details was not available. Fooling the consumer. Strict action to be taken against the Travel company.

          Today i travelled from indore to raipur from hans travel. The arrival time for raipur was 10:00 am but it reached at 1:25pm. This is not the first time happened, i have travelled for indore to kanpur too. That time it was late also. The service is not as good as the ticket fare. They are also charging 30 inr for your baggage. Ticket fare is too high comparative to their service.

            I had booked bus from Pune to Bhopal. But I had to change my bus from Indore.If there's any such instance your customer that is we should be informed prior to our journey. Firstly the bus was very late. Secondly the connecting bus from Indore didn't start immediately, had to wait for an hour in Indore. So you guys do not have even a little sense of respect for our time. Thirdly the person keeping n taking out our luggages was demanding 20 - 30 INR per luggage. Why should we be charged for our luggages when we have paid full ticket price. Also, staff behaviour was rude. In all this extra ordinary service of yours we missed our train from Bhopal. Sorry to say but had disgusting experience and this is the first n last time I am travelling in Hans travels.
            All the passengers with me, all of them had similar experience and frustration, so all of them also may not try this travel service again.
            Your service needs improvement badly.

              I wanted to book sleeper bus ticket from this co.'s site for Bhopal- lucknow route in april. But when checked the price, it was 300 rupees higher than normal fare. When asked in customer care for the valid reason there was no answer for it.
              In march the fare was 1200 and in april it was 1500.
              Please take strict action against these kind of problems consumer has to face without any reasons.
              I have attached the site screenshots for both months in my complaint.

                  I traveled yesterday from pune to indore and i booked the ticket from redbus.in and got the seat no. As 33 in hans travels.

                  This seat is basically not for passengers this was for the bus staff only with so less space and even the tv and lights not working.

                  The space was so less that i my self who is 5 feet 6 inch only was not able to stretch my legs and also it was so high from the ground that i cannot sit also in that seat, i paid 3195 inr for this seat.

                  I feel cheated as this can never be a passenger seat only the bus staff seat.

                  I am expecting some refund because of the problems i faced due to this mismatch of the seats also i was unable to rest the whole night due to this.

                    We had booked a ticket through yatra.com in hans travels bus from indore to gwalior with pnr number 73861592 and the bus number was UP3554. The bus was in a very bad condition and the conductor and the driver of the bus were disturbing the passengers as they were also boarding passengers who did not had any tickets and were just boarding the passengers from between and those passengers then also sat on the seats which were already booked .this was very irresponsible on part of hans travels as the security of the baggage of the passengers who had already booked the tickets was in question . and the stoppages which they chose for the passengers to freshen up and have refreshments was very dirty. kindly take the relevant action against the company .

                      Bus no. Up75at0096 travelling from hyderabad to indore fell at around 3 a. M on 21/9/2016 around nanded region. Driver ran away after this happened and no after help was provided by travels to reach our destinantion. I called mr. Arun gupta owner of hans travels ph no. [protected] but he was rude and was not at all ready to take any responsibility. They changed bus driver just before accident and bus conductor and some of fellow passengers were saying that driver was drunk. All passengers waited for almost 6 hours for help from hans travels but no help reached to help passengers to reach their destination i. E indore. After that passenger arranged their own transport and headed toward indore on their own.

                        I booked a ticket on 31 august 2016 for a journey from mumbai to indore on 4 sept 2016 for volvo multiaxle hans travels bus with seat no 15. But, during payment, the amount of rs 1260 got deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. Kindly refund the money back. Then, i made second payment to book ticket which was successful. So refund the money of failed transaction.

                          I travelled from Jaipur to Indore PNR no.is[protected] . Bus was supposed to reach Ujjain at 6:00 PM, but it was delayed by 5 hours and reached Ujjain around 11:am. Travel hadn't examine the bus properly before departing from Jaipur. In middle of the journey, bus was failed (damaged). Travel agency did not make an alternative arrangement. I found approach was not customer friendly
                          Bus was not appropriate for long route journey. Due to carelessness for travel agency I suffered a lot, my health is sensitive so I planned my journey in early morning hours.

                            I am Aadesh gupta, me and my wife had booked a bus ticket from Indore to Bhopal on 25th of February 2016, but hans travels cancel the bus & Shift us another bus which is going to kanpur told us that the bus drop us at halalpura bus stand Bhopal, and his another cab pick us and drop at ISBT Bhopal. At night 11:00 PM, but no cab is there and I had complaint at hans travels customer care number & police control room (100) but there is no response, halpura is a very risky area at night, bus No UP75AT 0097, hans travels employees are using abused language in front of my wife.

                              I have booked a seat in Hans Travels bus from Indore to Bhopal for my wife named Nevida Modi at 6 Nov 2015. I got a call from Hans Travels office regarding cancellation of bus and refund of booking amount. I have called to Hans Travels office many times and they promise me to refund my amount every time but I have not received any refund till date. On 25.11.2015 when I call them to refund they just cut my call 2 or 3 times and then didn't receive.

                                Hi, last week i traveled to shirdi from bhopal by hans travels. While booking ticket i asked very clearly is your bus comfortable enough else i can look for some other options, but they assured me that its going to be very comfortable. First thing which was irritating that they do not have proper stoppage for getting fresh and all, secondly they changed the bus from indore without prior notice and for that they made me get down at a remote location where i could only see a wine shop that's it and last but not the least their crabby bus it was so uncomfortable that i could not sit properly even for single second and at last due to over jerking i felt sick vomited, got headache and spoiled my holiday. I'll suggest better go by foot than taking hans travels bus.

I asked him if he can stop the BuS He again Insulted Me . The lcd is also not working somebodY should take Strict aCtion.

                                    I am Vijay Kag. I have booked a ticket from redbus.in from Indore to Bhopal it shows the departure time as 7:30am and same time is printed on the ticket but when i reported to the pick up point i was shocked toknow that the bus will depart at 8:30 am. I have to reach Bhopal at 11:00am but due to the wrong information i can't reach bhopal on time. Due to this i have been marked absent by my employer.

                                    It is 9:15 am and the bus has not been departed yet. It is too late for me. If i was informed about the late in departure time i have found any other convinces.

                                      I booked a bus ticket from Indore to Pune for 3rd May 2012, scheduled to depart at 5:30 pm. The bus was to pass from Nashik Phata (near Pune) and my seat no. was 4 (single birth).
                                      When I was about to leave for the bus stand around 4:45 pm I got a call from the travel agency stating that "the 5:30 pm has been cancelled, and I'll have to board the 7 pm bus".
                                      When I asked them the reason they said "the bus broke" and I was intimated about the same only 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
                                      I later came to know that instead of getting the single birth I opted for my birth had been changed (sharing) and the bus was to via some other route (not the one where I wanted to get down).
                                      When I requested the travel agency people to give the seat I booked or at least go via the route which the bus was supposed to go, the person refused.
                                      He not only misbehaved with me but with other passengers as well.
                                      Now when I am paying 1500 bucks for an overnight bus journey, and even after booking the ticket on time I get such a service it's not acceptable.
                                      The owner of the travel agency instead of accepting his fault was yelling at us. He even went to the extent of saying "Aapki galti hain jo aapne ticket book karae, aapko jana hain ya nahi?"
