      The drivers are drunk and misbehaving.
      They changed the bus without prior information. They delayed the journey by 4 hours and while shifting the luggage they lost a few bags.
      Worst experience ever - they do not even have a customer care support system in place.
      Don’t book this bus

        I booked tickets from Ujjain to Pune(6pm) and already informed them that I will be late by 5-10 minutes due to the traffic. The employee of Hans travels said if you want to come then come by 6.05pm and he was so rude. We reached at 6.06pm and asked them about the bus and he said bus has already left and travelled 3 kms. I told him that in morning we waited for around 1-2 hrs at Indore due to poor management but he was like he don't care about the customers. I contacted driver and he was talking very rudely and aggresive. If you will not care about the customers then customers will not book your travels. I would say and suggest everyone please don't travel with Hans travels. it's a third class and worst travel agency I have ever seen. If you do care about the customers then take strict action on the employee at office and driver. I will post this everywhere on social media.

          If I booked a single seat at higher price, I should get the single seat. Bus from PUNE TO DEORI (3:40pm on 27th August ) is cancelled It's your fault not ours. You should transfer me to only single seat only.

          One thing is that you are not asking even before transferring to other bus and if you are transferring, I should get the single seat as I booked.

          The seat I booked was seat no. 10 which cost me Rs.2100 and you transferred me to different time bus and provided a shared seat which have a cost of Rs 1700. Ideally I should get the RS 400 hundred back or you should have transferred me to a single seat.

            I am traveling in your jabalpur to indore bus no. RJ14PE7481, In this bus facing Continues watering issue from the ac vents, its very disturbing for me, all the passengers of this bus are facing this issue on their seats. After discussing this issue with bus driver and conductor, they are not giving any proper response for the issue, Provide me the solution for this issue as soon as possible

              I booked a ticket from Delhi to Dehradun on 11 July 2023. Couple of hours after booking I got a call that the bus was cancelled and I would get my refund. After which I got a message that that my refund amount is Rs0 as 100% cancellation charge was applied.

              I want my 100% refund as it was not my fault that the bus got cancelled. If fast actions are not taken I would file a complaint in the consumer court.

                I was traveling with Hans Travels, from Aurangabad to Tuljapur, my boarding point was Baba Petrol Pump and dropping point was Tuljapur Bus Stand, but the driver dropped me outside Tuljapur, 6 km from Tuljapur, I told him that the dropping point was Tuljapur Bus Stand. Now he said you have to get down here the bus will not go further from here, and started cursing and use abuse language and told the driver to start the bus and move on.

                    I had a booking bus ticket from MakeMyTrip on 5th jun for Bhopal to Nagpur on 7 th Jun.

                    Bus was cancelled on that night. Bus still I have not received refund of 1233 rup.

                        I cancelled my ticket on 14th May 2023 online through hans travel website, the refund as per policy should be done within 5-7 banking days but yet not received the payment.

                        I have called the customer service so many time but every time they told that the refund will be done in 48 hours or 24 hours and so on... but so far the funds have not been received. When I went physically to dhakkan wala Kuan to their office they told me that you need to approach customer care but when I am trying to reach customer care everyday, they are not giving the appropriate answer .I am yet to receive my refund amount of my cancelled ticket .It is a pathetic experience from Hans travel, they are fooling people just for 1118 /- amount. Never seen such company who fools their client or customer for such a small amount .It is a mental harassment to the travellers and it causes distrust among travellers.

                        I expect some sort of help from consumer forum so that I can get my money back.

Despite of requesting customer care executive to forward the call to their manager but manager or supervisor does not come forward for attending the customer request or escalation. It's a pathetic company, they are just not intending to pay the money back of the cancelled ticket. Its a mental harassment. They does not entertain the request when we went physically to their office and asked us to contact customer care of hans. Unfortunately their customer care is helping us out. Refund is of only 1118/- for which they are fooling us.

                            Trolley bag broken, Hans staff are very casual...they don't take care of the luggage ..My bag was in good condition when I kept it in bus luggage cabin but when I have taken back during my journey completion it was very badly broken...Hans bus staff don't care of luggage..
                            For other travelers don't prefer such poor transport services..they don't care about passengers luggage..

                              I have booked Hans travels bus ticket for my mom senior citizen and my sister with 2 kids . I have booked for multi axle volvo ticket but the bus they provided was old and dirty with no glass window. It was so suffocating for them to travel in that bus. They got tortured badly. Also stops on which bus was stopping for tea and refreshment was pathetic. Booked has travels as my mom is senior citizens can use washroom in the bus that was so yucky. Very bad experience, very disappointed.

                                  Very very poor condition of Bus when driver off the bus in morning bus was unable to restart we all passengers are pushing it so many times and when another bus driver check and start the bus driver left 2 passengers on stop and go because there was no conductor and no any helper inside the bus and condition of bus was very bad we are not expecting it from Hans travels buses...

                                    I have booked a seat on Hans Travels bus from Gwalior to Indore for my father Vishnu Dutt Sharma on 5th April 2022. Even before the bus reached the stop, he had an epileptic fit. Now he is not able to travel I request you to kindly refund the amount as it was a medical problem we were not able to make him travel.                                       *Driver was rude
                                      *Driver told me you can go for bathroom and then he run away the bus
                                      *came to hans office in unknown city by auto by my own given 200rs
                                      *during the journey the driver 2-3times switched off the ac.
                                      *found broken luggage when changing connecting bus a brand new luggage of pronto brand damaged all scratches and broken tire who can i take that in my further journey,
                                      *complaint in hans travel office no responses there .
                                      *no amenities given by bus service . Even a water bottle was not given during the journey .

                                      Just want to say they are taking full amount plus gst for good facilities and giving instead a worst experience and damage to personal belongings . How to trust this travels i want my full refund and 200auto charges too
