Now I am traveling from Indore to pune in hans travel (18:30) but bus departure at 08:45. The driver unnecessary stop and picked up local passenger. Now 03:00am we reached to dhule. When I asked to driver, he told me that he didn't get any salary of driving so he is doing like this. Then he told me call to office and tell them, nobody will take action against him because everybody knows the same.his behaviour is so rude.

    Dear Sir, One parcel is booked from Indore to Bhopal bearing LR no HO_11/22-23/144111 date: 02.02.23 through Vehicle no: NL-01-B-2114 from Indore to Bhopal. When asking for delivery, the Bhopal office at ISBT said that they have not received the parcel though they have received the booking confirmation. On further contacting the Indore office, the Indore office told them that they had booked the parcel to Bhopal. The ultimate situation is that the parcel is not received to us. You are therefore requested to look into the matter and please arrange the delivery of parcel at destination so that we can collect from the concerned office. Thanking you.

      I booked a bus ticket from Raipur Chhattisgarh to Hyderabad in a Hans Travels bus from a firm named Palak Travels for a 14 hour journey from 22 Jan 4 PM to 6 AM the next day for which I paid Rs 1200 in cash .

      For which probably more amount was taken for the journey.

      After this, at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, I was picked up from my seat in Nagpur and my seat was given to someone else, whose booking was also done by someone else.
      Means same seat is sold to two people in one journey
      Also misbehaved by the bus staff when I asked the reason for disturbing my sleep in the middle of the night and selling the same seat twice and miss match

      And I am very angry with this bad service of the bus, and this bus has left no other option but to complain about it at the higher level

        I hope your are hans travel top management team.

        I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the service I received from your bus staff yesterday night. I was travelling from Indore to Raipur on your last bus and had an unpleasant experience with the staff.

        We have discuss with your respective pilot which mobile number is [protected] but he is taken 1, 800 Rs (09:15PM) after reach Devas with me and not given any tickets regarding this.

        We have taken support of our reservation bus at same time in between ways and completed our journey.

        Pls justify me about charges taken by your pilot also rudely behaviour.

        I'm waiting for your positive response/reply.

              We have makes a plan to take hansh travel bus but after enter in bus his driver is not know that how to talk his customer and also seeking more extra fare.
              If ticket fare is example 1000 and he is taking 2000 Rs.
              I'm totally dissatisfied.
              Pls make our complaints against this and without my confirmation don't close it.

              If you want to more passanger travel in your bus then pls educate your driver and pls return my extra money which is taken by today.

                Last night my mother traveled form varanasi to bhopal . Conduct of that bus(hans travel) asked for extra Rs. 300 and also mis behaved with her. This is a serious issue, higher authorities should take strict action or we file police complaint.

                  Date 30th December I booked 2 tickets from Delhi to Indore but i have luggage with me, i tried calling service centre number to book my extra luggage and they were not answering the call properly, While i was on call he told me to pay 300 rupees per luggage even though it was very light weight and guy at the hans travel Delhi office named Akash was very rude and abusing all ladies. I even told him to take the money and just put the bags inside the bus, but he was not cooperating at all and misbehaving with his own staff members even drivers and helpers. My suggestion to please keep educated well behaved staff at the counter. They are taking charges as per their choice and fooling everyone around. i won’t book Hans travel for any service again, for sure.
                  I would rather choose a non AC bus with extra charges. atkeast they are way well behaved with ladies and their own staff.
                  Request Travel agency to replace this stupid boy Akash from your Delhi office.

                        We family of 12 travelled from Nashik to Ujjain by Hans Travels bus on 13.12.22, bus time 20.45, non ac sleeper. When we reached Indore, they changed bus without any prior notice and shifted our luggage to the alternative bus. When reaching Ujjain, we found 2 bags missing and in one bag there was jwellery worrh 1.5 lakhs and cash Rs 3000/-. The travel company is not even bothered to trace and we are in despair. Please help

                          I was travelling from Pune to indore .. there were no curtains on my seat so i requested the driver / helper to put the curtains but they have stopped the bus in the middle of the night and they have threaten to kill me I immediately called the police .. even my shoes got stolen from the bus ..
                          the worst experience ever had please stop this bus service

                            I was travelling from Pune to indore .. seat no 29 .. bus no MP 09 FA 9152 curtains was not there on my seat and light bulb was in front there so I requested to put the curtains but the driver threaten to kill me .. I immediately call the police … also stolen my shoes .. this is the worst experience I ever had

                              Mai Indore se Burhanpur travel kar rahi thi driver ne Burhanpur aane pr btaya nhi or aage kisi unknown stop pr utar diya jha koi vehicle b nahi tha. Mai night me akele female passenger thi atleast check krna chaiye koi passenger rah to nh gya . online booking extra pay kr ke karte hai or journey safe rahe isliye but usne mujhe vahi utar diya or kisi loading auto me bethne ko bol rha. ese me aap ki travel agency ki koi responsibility nahi nahi banti kya time or money dono waste huve .mujhe iska jawab chaiye or pura refund

                                Travel agency charged the full amount but didn't provide any services, bus management was so poor and even their staff behavior. In middle the bus got changed which we had no clue about and had to wait for an hour for next bus to arrive qnd in between time they didn't even with a seating service had to wait raodside with luggage. Even it got delayed by 8 hours. Such a poor response from the agency and their helpline number.
                                Worst travel experience would recommend not to go with HANS TRVELS ever again.

                                  Yesterday, start my journey from Mumbai to Bhopal, ( pickup point Vikhroli),
                                  1) Hans travels bus reached 1 2 pm while it's scheduled time is 10 pm. 2hts let.
                                  2) As per ticket, my sleeper coach bus direct upto Bhopal but they change bus at Indore by 2x2 setting bus.
                                  3) my 2 hrs time wastage in Indore to changeover bus. While bus changeover is not mentioned in ticket
                                  4) Bus reached isbt Bhopal at 6.0 pm, it's delayed by 2 hrs from scheduled time- 4.00pm.
                                  This is cheating with passanger.

                                    Bus conductor was so irresponsible and driver was full of himself that he started abusing for their own mistakes . I booked bus from Indore to Delhi they halted at a random station with only one washroom. I went to the washroom and they left without me . They did not even counted for the passengers . Due to this negligence for the service i paid was worthless and would like to file a complaint

                                      Worst experience travelling in bus. Smelly. Taking people out of no where without booking. Worst washroom facilities, having no washroom facility is better then providing this. Lower standard. Not good staff.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Just to update you I travelled a lot from past 20 years however I never felt such worst services from both companies.

                                        Timings: Are just update for sack of information only there is no co relation between adherence timings was updated as 8:45 AM to reach Indore today at 14th Sep however still traveling for Indore 100 Km to reach.

                                        Similarly when I came to boarding point I was waiting for 45 mins at boarding point & there is no place to Sit there.

                                        My first booking from Indore to Hyderabad in that booking driver & conductor behaviour was very rude & misbehave with most of passengers abused also moreover he was driving very very Rush.

                                        I want severe action on this & need a compensation in my redbus account wallet.
