Hans Travels — Deduction of money without booking a ticket | |||||
I booked a ticket on 31 august 2016 for a journey from mumbai to indore on 4 sept 2016 for volvo multiaxle hans travels bus with seat no 15. But, during payment, the amount of rs 1260 got deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. Kindly refund the money back. Then, i made second payment to book ticket which was successful.
