Hans Travels — I want my refund | |||
On August 13, 2021 i booked a ticket of bus traveling from gwalior to Jaipur using online payment application 'paytm'. The boarding time of the bus is at 10:00 PM so i reached the point at 9:45. Till time i reached the boarding point i haven't received any updates from the hus operator so i called the customer care executives but no one picked my call. I've waited for the bus till 10:20 PM but as i didn't received any updates from the bus operator i came back to home . So i want my refund amount as i did not travel in the bus. Also i talk to one of the executive named as 'Narendra' (may work for the gwalior customer care services) he talked to me very rudely and in a very unprofessional way. He told me that if you have not received any updates from our side so the problem is yours not mine. Also he cut the call without ending the conversation which seems very disrespect to me. Please take a action against my problem so that i can get my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
