I had received an ordered product worth Rs. 1499 and the size of the footwear was not properly fitting. I placed the exchange request for size and even after sending numerous complaints, I had got no resolution. They no more reply my emails. Reaching out on facebook is also not much helpful. I am stuck with a unusuable product.
I am not sure how are they going to survive with this kind of customer service.
