I have placed a order for ballet leather shoes. But they have sent a wrong product size that too after twice confirmation on size. They claim that their product is very soft etc but it didn't seem so It did hurt my skin.
Later I placed a return request and thought to exchange with size higher but the product was not available hence I had to go with return. But the worst they didn't the return of product and sent me back.
What kind of customer service is this where in you don't understand the need to customer and turn a blind eye.
