I have placed a order for ballet leather shoes. But they have sent a wrong product size that too after twice confirmation on size. They claim that their product is very soft etc but it didn't seem so It did hurt my skin.
Later I placed a return request and thought to exchange with size higher but the product was not available hence I had to go with return. But the worst they didn't the return of product and sent me back.

I did share and booked correct size for my shoe but unfortunately even after double confirmation on the size they sent a size lower than mine. I placed a return request wherein they have sent the product back to me..to issues i haved faced and suffered.
1. The product is claimed to be soft but was harsh on my skin - no exchange available
2. Size sent is wrong and it their site problem that they didn't see the customers input.
And also third the most important no empathy, very rude on phone.

I had received an ordered product worth Rs. 1499 and the size of the footwear was not properly fitting. I placed the exchange request for size and even after sending numerous complaints, I had got no resolution. They no more reply my emails. Reaching out on facebook is also not much helpful. I am stuck with a unusuable product.

I am not sure how are they going to survive with this kind of customer service.
