I had placed an order for (I) new designer fancy kurti sku : cream blue pocket_l and (Ii) new designer fancy kurti sku : blue triangle_l with happy deal 18 on 19.09.2018.
Against this order i had received a parcel on 16.10.2018 with payment of cod for rs. 930. After opening the parcel i was surprised to find two kurti like dresses (Totally different from the one ordered) of very cheap quality and probably made o[censored]sed cloths.
I had immediately raised the issue with [protected]@happydeal18.com followed by reminder on 29 oct 18 & 08 nov 18 demanding immediate refund of money.in all occasions it was assured that necessary action will be initiated within 24-49 hours time but unfortunately neither any refund nor any intimation has been given as yet on this matter. The customer care telephone numbers given in the company site are also tried but found them are of different persons.
In view of the above it is requested to kindly inquire about the issue and arrange refund of the amount to me at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
