Happy Deal 18 — product returns

Hdo[protected]this is my order number, i ordered two dress from site happydeal18

I cancelled this order but then to the product delivered to my address and i paid for it..
Now i want to ask for return and refund because the product quality is not good, they have given damaged product to me, the cloth of dress has holes, very bad and poor quality of product.

So many times i mailed on [protected]@happydeal.com but from there is no reply, even i called on customer care number[protected] but there is no reply, ring is going on but no one is picking up call, i am calling from last 3 days

Please help me how can i make request for return and refund, i have paid rs 1499
Now as the product is showing cancelled in my orders there is no option coming of return and refund and the happydeal18 is not replying and giving services after product delivered.
