Order no. Hdo[protected]which i have placed but i received something else and after giving several complaints still thier is no response and from the time of delivery daily i am making complain and sending email not even a single reply is sent by them which is very really un ethical i am looking forward for your immediate action as much time has been passed please it's a humble request....

I had placed an order for (I) new designer fancy kurti sku : cream blue pocket_l and (Ii) new designer fancy kurti sku : blue triangle_l with happy deal 18 on 19.09.2018.

Against this order i had received a parcel on 16.10.2018 with payment of cod for rs. 930. After opening the parcel i was surprised to find two kurti like dresses (Totally different from the one ordered) of very cheap quality and probably made o[censored]sed cloths....

I bought the product lehenga from happy deal (Order no hdo[protected]). After receipt of delivery i found the order was selected by me wrongly. I accepted the delivery assuming product was same how it display online. However product was totally different and it looks so old fashionable.

I contacted customer care team of happy deal to guide me how to return the product. I haven't received any revert from team, i sent reminder...

I have ordered 3 sarees total worth of Rs 2284 on[protected].I received a small parcel from xrpressbee courier service on 1/10/2018, and when I wanted to open it the courier person said I could not do so till I paid the amount. After I paid the amount and opened the packet I was shocked to see three dress materials of very cheap quality nothing like what I ordered.I immediately took picture of it and mailed it for return and refund from happydeal...

I cancelled this order but then to the product delivered to my address and i paid​ for it..
Now i want to ask for return and refund because the product quality is not good, they have given damaged product to me, the cloth of dress has holes, very bad and poor quality of product.

So many times i mailed on [protected]@happydeal.com...
