Happyfares.in — Eligible REFUND not paying to Customer

Dear Sir / Madam,

Eligible refund NOT paying to customer. Detailed communications with HappyFares are as follows.

What's the rubbish you are keep on repeating ? How it will be the "un-utilized at the airport by no show" ? You should explain.

Then why your team confirmed me on 23 Oct 2022 (as per my below emails, WhatsApp chat attachments, etc.), that the refund will be Rs. 7, 036/- ???

I strongly believe that after the said communications dated 23 Oct 2022, HappyFares team failed to complete the cancellation process before the CANCELLATION TIMELINE. This is NOT my problem and it is HappyFares problem. Due to HappyFares problem, why I should lose my eligible amount Rs. 7, 036/- ??? Mine is hard earned money, so you should NOT loot me.

If you would like to do the business ethically for long time, you should NOT do this kind of cheating to your customers. By this kind of cheating, you are spoiling HappyFares name in the market and you could not exist in the market further.

Further to my below review on 26 Oct 2022, again some emails from HappyFares (as below), but NO proper REPLY / REFUND as of now, only fake promises from HappyFares. Big fraud.

Having unprofessional and worst experience as of now from HappyFares, for REFUND of 4 tickets (Kochi to Mumbai / total Rs. 25, 236/- paid to HappyFares), as mentioned below.

Kindly refer below emails and attached images (WhatsApp chat with HappyFares Team dated 23 Oct 2022), which are self-explanatory.

As per your team total refund is Rs. 7, 036/- which is supposed to get in my Net Banking within 3-4 business days excluding bank holidays. As per their request I confirmed the refund amount of Rs. 7, 036/- on 23 Oct 2022 and your team confirmed that, I will be notified once the refund processed from your end. After that NO communication from HappyFares till your below email dated 26 Oct 2022. Since the cut-off date & time was nearing and NO action / communication from you, on 25 Oct 2022 I emailed & WhatsApp chat done as reminders, but still NO action / reply from you. Then immediately your email gets on 26 Oct 2022 as follows, which is NOT acceptable.

It is evident that I communicated with you well in advance before the cut-off times as mentioned in your email dated 22 Oct 2022.

Your telephone # +91-[protected] is NOT reachable / audible and your WhatsApp does not have calling facility. Hence if any further clarification required you may contact me or provide me your direct contact # to talk to you.

I expect very professional approach and amicable settlement from HappyFares at the earliest."
