Happyfares.in — Not able to change the flight even flight was postponed for more than 2 hours

I booked a flight through Happyfares, in between Delhi to Mumbai dated 30 th oct.
Flight was postponed by Spicejet by 220 minutes, I was not offered alternate flight through Happyfares as they bypassed the rules of alternate flight.
They booked the flight in group and changed the passenger details after flight reschedule without prior update.
