Harinder singh Zpower impex pvt ltd Sco – 1, above sbi intouch branch Adjoining best price, zirakpur 140603 Respected sir, On 10.07.2017, i have online order on turboshopp picker [mobile phone k-tel 3310, order number t34763]. I made this purchase on turboshopp picker]. Unfortunately, this product has not performed well & charger was also tore from the wire. It was without head phone. Company hides the name of own which is k-tel, in advertising nothing showing k-tel they only mentioned 3310. The mode of payment was cash on delivery. Fraud person (Shop owner) sent this to me by courier. The name of courier company was blue dart courier. Tracking number is “[protected]”. Routing code zkp / zkp. When we visit to blue dart office of zirakpur & we asked about the number of sender he didn’t provide to me. He was just saying this is our prime & regular customer. Blue dart person was saying. “he gives us business i can’t help you in this case. You may do whatever you want to do. My humble is request to you please help me to solve my problem.
