I have purchased AVR 151S (5in1 ampl) from Dubai in 2019. Now it is out of warranty. The system is going to protection when I try to switch on the product. I have registered a complaint with Harmon kardon service last week. They said they will send the service technician in 7 days. Tdy they called and informed me that they cannot do the service. Now I don't know what to do. Pls find the message received from them "Dear Customer, Thanks for calling HARMAN, Your Service Request no is MH-C[protected]. For further assistance please call[protected]"
