My headphones stopped working in warranty period and on reaching out to jbl i was assured that my headphones will be replaced within 15 days. They have 1 service center located in mumbai and on calling them they said that product is not available with them currently and on check with jbl customer service team, they asked me to courier the same to their gurgaon office along with invoice copy. I sent the same along with invoice and same got delivered on 19th. There was a mistake on jbl end and they lost the invoice and claimed that i have not sent them the invoice, i again sent them the invoice on 22nd through email and got the confirmation as well. After that i have made multiple calls to their service center and they don't give a definitive answer on my replacement and keep on telling me that invoice has not been received by them. It has been more than a month and there is no update on the headphones replacement
