Hi,
Harman call center claims that the product has 1 year warranty, but i have a warranty card which came along with the product which says the product has 2 year warranty. I have also shared the copy of the warranty card.
This issue has been dragging on since 20th may. Every time the customer care is asking one details or the other. They want some documents in jpeg format at once and they ask for the pdf format of the same document once again. This is clear case of harassment and clear intention to defraud on the contractual obligations.
Hope some sense prevails on harman and they perform their contractual obligation. Not everything has to be decided in courts and litigation.
