Harman India — I got mail from jbl but there is no one to pick up the product.

I have been waiting for a long time and i got mail from harman. They asked me to pack the product by the procedure given by them. I completed the packing and they said that they will attempt to pick up. But there is no one to contact me and i tried the number given by them but they didn't pick up the call. So i request you to look into it and provide the correct details to courier the product soon.
