Am dr Ratheesh from trivandum Kerala. I purchased 2.1 wireless subwoofer jbl 300 model in 30.12.2020. And on march 2021 its subwoofer is not working properly.. I send a mail in jbl customer service and complaint cell .. nobody is responding and last 3 months I regularly calling and no one is responding. Very bad service and I posted the my grievances is many social medias that pls don't take jbl products and customer will not get service...
