I would like to address my headphones issue. I brought JBL C50HIBLK wired in ear headphones in aug-2020. Now while I tried to connect that headphone to my mobile it gets disconnect if I move in slightly. And because of that My calls or songs automatically gets muted or pause. I think it's connect getting loose. I would like to request you to take immediate action as it is in warranty period and it is yet to complete 1 year still it is giving me issue. I hope you can understand my urgency and take immediate action
