my purchased JBL Cinema 450 has a problem with the woofer for which a particular part is to be replaced. Its almost a month now & THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT
I have BEEN WAITING NOW FOR ALMOST 5 MONTHS FOR THE PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED BUT EBERYDAY THE CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE KEEPS ON MAKING EXCUSES THAT I WOULD RECEIVE A CALL TODAY. I HAVE CALLED THE CALL CENTER PRATICALLY EVERY DAY & HAVE SENT EMAILS
BUT THEY ARE JUST FOOLING AROUND BY SAYING YOU WILL BE CALLED TODAY.
AGAIN I HAVE CALLED HARMAN CUSTOMER CARE 16.06.2020 AND THE RESULT IS THE SAME.
THIS IS NOTHNG BUT A FRAUD COMPANY .
