I brought wireless jbl harman 5.1 surround sound speakers in july 2019, which got into low volume issues in november. I raised this concern to the customer care on 11th of november. After continuous efforts with customer care and escalations. Finally the technicians visited my place to troubleshoot the product on 19th. He found the product fault and has take the product. Even after continuous follow-ups with the customer care and service center, my speakers are still not repaired nor replaced. This sound system is of rs.50, 000. The management is very irresponsible and taking the things in a causal way. This month is a vacation month., i am without an entertaining speakers which i brought. If after purchasing a premium product the service is pathetic.
