I have purchased JBL T460BT in the month of September'20. It has stopped working in the month of Dec'20. I had contacted Harmon customer care. They advise me to break the product and send them pictures along with invoice details. They confirmed to me, a replacement will be sent.
I have still not received a replacement yet. Last 3 months around 50 times i contacted customer care, every time they assured it will addressed in one week but no action.
